Help Rebuild the Manzano Estates

After losing my parents and given the chance to take over their home and make it into the house they tried to we have come up very short in our financial endeavor. Our goal is to make it to 22k I hope you all can help out in creating my parents last dream. To create a home thats safe, warm, enjoyable for the family and to be able to keep the house in the family for as long as we possibly can.

We will also except helping hands for our missions.

Below are some of the things needed for the home to be back in its best living conditions.

1. Replace sections containing mold and water damage, drywall repair, repaint interior (dinning room, living room, hallway, ceiling)
2. Remove damaged and old sticky tile from home and replace with laminate hardwood planks
3. New AC/Heating unit and replace old damaged one (has leaked and flooded home.
4. Build our home office in the Garage (walls, floor electrical).
5. Replace rust broken garage door with new (basic model)
6. Update water softener system to work its best
7. Re dig septic tank for a cleaning (hasn’t had one in more than 10 years, is starting to back up into home.)
8. Re-tile bathroom and replace warped worn down tub
9. Finish baby room construction
10. Replace 25 year old water heater

Those are just what we need to have this place in its best livable conditions.

Note: our son is 7 months old and we truly are limited with places to go until the mold and construction is done. Please help if you have time or funds for donating laying around. Anything will help.
